Venpongal Sambhar

Ingredients
- Moong dhal
- Onion
- Tomato
- Green chilli
- Red chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Fennel seeds
- Curry Leaves
Directions
- Boil moong dhal, diced onion, cut tomato and the green chilli
- Add salt to taste
- Add chilli powder and the cumin powder
- once it is all cooked, then season it with fennel seeds and curry leaves
