Venpongal Sambhar

Ingredients

  1. Moong dhal
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Green chilli
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. Cumin powder
  7. Fennel seeds
  8. Curry Leaves

Directions

  1. Boil moong dhal, diced onion, cut tomato and the green chilli
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. Add chilli powder and the cumin powder
  4. once it is all cooked, then season it with fennel seeds and curry leaves
