Ramen Noodles
Ingredients
- Onion(One medium Size)
- Tomato (Two medium size)
- Perunjeeragam
- Mustard
- Egg (4)
- Ramen Noodles(4 packs)
- Chilli Powder
- Coriander Powder
Directions
- First add some oil to the pan and season it with mustard and perunjeeragam.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and saute it, till it is transparent.
- Add the chopped tomato to the pan and continue sauteing it.
- Add Chilli, Coriander powder to the pan and add some water and let it boil.
- Cook the above till the smell of the chilli powder goes away.
- Add the Ramen noodles to the boiling water. Don’t forget the packs that comes with the noodles. Add that too.
- Add the egg to the pan and mix it well to the noodles.
- Just cook till the water dries out
