Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • Onion(One medium Size)
  • Tomato (Two medium size)
  • Perunjeeragam
  • Mustard
  • Egg (4)
  • Ramen Noodles(4 packs)
  • Chilli Powder
  • Coriander Powder

Directions

  1. First add some oil to the pan and season it with mustard and perunjeeragam.
  2. Add the chopped onion to the pan and saute it, till it is transparent.
  3. Add the chopped tomato to the pan and continue sauteing it.
  4. Add Chilli, Coriander powder to the pan and add some water and let it boil.
  5. Cook the above till the smell of the chilli powder goes away.
  6. Add the Ramen noodles to the boiling water. Don’t forget the packs that comes with the noodles. Add that too.
  7. Add the egg to the pan and mix it well to the noodles.
  8. Just cook till the water dries out
