Lemon Rice

Directions

  1. Heat pan, pour oil and put mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  2. Add channa dhal, ural dhal, black pepper, green chillis, turmeric powder, roaster peanuts, asafoetida and curry leaves to the pan, while stirring. Don’t let it burn.
  3. Now mix the lemon juice to the pan. Warm the mix up, but don’t let it boil.
  4. Pour this on to the cooked rice and mix it well.
