Lemon Rice

Directions
- Heat pan, pour oil and put mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add channa dhal, ural dhal, black pepper, green chillis, turmeric powder, roaster peanuts, asafoetida and curry leaves to the pan, while stirring. Don’t let it burn.
- Now mix the lemon juice to the pan. Warm the mix up, but don’t let it boil.
- Pour this on to the cooked rice and mix it well.
