Ingredients

1. 2 cups of flour
2. 1 cup of salt
3. 2 tsp cream of tartar
4. 2 tsp vegetable oil
5. 2 cups of water
6. food coloring

Directions

Place all ingredients in pan and stir. Cook over low heat until it sticks to the pan. Remove from the pan and let it cool
