Ingredients
- Moong Dhal
- Onion
- Tomato
- Green Chilli
- Vegetables of your choice
- Mom special chilli powder
- Tamarind
- Turmeric
Directions
- Boil moong dhal till it becomes mushy.
- Add oil to the pan and season it with mustard, urad dhal, Red Chilli
- Add chopped onion to the pan and saute it till it is transparent. Add chopped tomato pieces to it and continue sauteing it.
- Add slit green chilli to the pan and continue cooking.
- Add the vegetable of your choice to the pan and continue cooking.
- Add the cooked Moong Dhal and then add tamarind paste, turmeric, salt to taste.
- Add the chilli powder(mom’s special).
