Ingredients

  • Moong Dhal
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green Chilli
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Mom special chilli powder
  • Tamarind
  • Turmeric

Directions

  1. Boil moong dhal till it becomes mushy.
  2. Add oil to the pan and season it with mustard, urad dhal, Red Chilli
  3. Add chopped onion to the pan and saute it till it is transparent. Add chopped tomato pieces to it and continue sauteing it.
  4. Add slit green chilli to the pan and continue cooking.
  5. Add the vegetable of your choice to the pan and continue cooking.
  6. Add the cooked Moong Dhal and then add tamarind paste, turmeric, salt to taste.
  7. Add the chilli powder(mom’s special).
